Ok, I know you all know I am just kidding about being a "new Bible". But I wanted to say a few things. . .
I have read the complete series of Left Behind. I have thoroughly enjoyed almost every single book of the series except for one. (the one that went on and on about of the of followers being pregnant and what they were going to do about it. That book was very boring IMHO).
But that is not why I brought this up. . ...
In the book, the Anti-Christ Narcathardian? (I misspelled his name, and It has been about 10 years since I have read the books) had one huge characteristic.
That characteristic was magically "convincing" people after his announcements that what he "approved" was right, and therefor people should follow. Even the movies that followed, showed this characteristic of his.
Now. . .
Lets move forward today. . .
The EXACT (and I mean EXACT) same moves, the exact same characteristic, the exact implementation that was portrayed in the movie and the book is being done today. . .by none other than Obama himself.

After making his historic remarks on same-sex unions last week, President Barack Obama led a conference call with black church pastors to explain his support for gay marriage, the New York Times reports (http://www.nytimes.com/2012/05/14/us/politics/on-marriage-obama-tried-to-limit-risk.html). The call, which was held with "eight or so African-American ministers," occurred about two hours after the president's interview with ABC's Robin Roberts.
They are black. . .they will vote for Obama anyhow. . .But it sure looks good for the money from the Gays. And lets use our "influence of Presidential Power" to convince churches that "I" (mean Obama) is right.
Obama explained to them that he struggled with the decision, pastors on the call told the paper, but several voiced their disapproval.
Not hard to struggle with a decision as such if you are a Christian. The bible directly infers that God allowed men to go into the perverse sexual activity as such. But, since most of us know Obama isn't even close to being a Christian, and it is all about money and power. . . It is quite understandable on his "choice".
"They were wrestling with their ability to get over his theological position," the Rev. Delman Coates, a Maryland pastor who was on the call, told the Times.
HOW in the LIVING DAYLIGHT HELL can ANY Church "wrestle" with this position? And all just because a stinking worthless no good president calls them all in and says "I the doG" (I am dyslexic for this word <g>) says it is natural? And these pastors are wrestling with the Idea because this worthless POS says something? :duh:
The conference call was part of a quiet effort by the president to control potential political damage caused by his support of same-sex marriage.
According to the Times, Obama phoned "at least one [the Rev. Joel C. Hunter] of the five spiritual leaders he calls regularly for religious guidance, and his aides contacted other religious figures who have been supportive in the past."
Religious Guidance? Call those who will support him? Whew. . .
Hunter, the pastor of a conservative megachurch, said he wasn't surprised Obama didn't ask him advice before the ABC interview because "I would have tried to talk him out of it."
At services on Sunday, black churches were conflicted about President Obama's support of gay marriage, according to USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/news/religion/story/2012-05-13/black-churches-gay-marriage-obama/54941862/1?csp=hf&loc=interstitialskip):
Black Churches? Now who is pulling the race card??? What happened to the White'ys? I guess we are the Satans of America according to Obama's Pastor that he praises as his mentor, and church of over 20+ some years.
But hey. . .He got ahold of the BIGGIES. . .. and the BIGGIES made sure their audiences were "Sugar coated" with Obama's decision, and that Obama prayed like a Christian, was a man of good intentions, and made the right decision as a Christian. . .
But hey! better ignore those white'y churches. that will cause some kind of racial backlash, and Obama definitely wants "union of the people" as a whole in this country. (Sounds really good in words, but when reality is looked upon, racism doesn't fall in any category but one that I know of. . .)
