Hey Stu... Got a line on a pre-ban Galile in .223. It has a 30 rnd.... and a 50 rnd mag included. :eek: You ain't gonna wanna know what I bid on it.... :D Really... I ain't takin advantage of the widow woman selling it. She just wants it out of her house. lol

Bubba- Did you see the thread on the old FFF about the SP1 I have on lay away?? Its an early 80's edition, in around 85-90% and Im getting it for under $800 out the door. :D Not that Id mind a Galile mind you.. :)

Carston- Ill never understand why you like them SKSs but not something as fine, pure and American made as a mini14. Heck even Cliff is seeing the light. :D

I have a custom AR upper with a Kreiger barrel and a pre-ban Colt SP1 Carbine. However, I'll take my big bore bolt guns over an AR anyday :)

Hey Wolv....welcome, but don't tell any one I said that before Cliff. Cliff is like the special guy that is supposed to do that. Me, I am just supposed to hide out under rocks waiting for Trolls. I don't have any pre ban guns, just post ban like a BushMaster VMatch, A Dissapator, A Knight's Stoner SR-15 M4, My SA M1A, 4 SKS's and some are soon for sale and heck i forget what else. But I will tell ya...I don't have a Mini 14 :p
Of course Someone else on this board has been buyin up AR's and the wrong bad boy mags and claims it is so he has one that works. But the darn guy has a safe full of those Mini 14 things so I think he may be a switch hitter and converting. As you are new I wont mention Stu's name and let you figure out which one is. I think he is slowly seeing to light and is in denile.
Hey, Stu......Buy the way, how are ya likin the new rifles. Seems to me you are learnin quick....Try that same bump the butt on an SKS with you fingers in the wrong place. I was cussing for weeks and cleaning blood up too :eek:

Carston- Im starting to see a trend here with you. Everything you own is politically correct. All your SKSs are in PC thumb hole stocks. All of your ARs are post ban. Your M1A has no pistol grip, etc etc etc etc. You wouldn't be one of them gummernt agents would ya? :eek:

The little AK Shorty Bushmaster just keeps on rollin... shot a match with it again today.... and left all the others in the dust. :)

Got the Galil out to the range very shortly yesterday. Ran 50 rounds through it without a hitch. Boy does it throw brass a long way out in front. :)

Turns out someone took the folding stock off this one and fit an AK wood stock on it. And the wood is cracked. I am going to get back in touch with the lady and see if she still might have the folder in the attic. If not, I have located one in AZ. Just hate to buy one if she has the original sitting in the attic.

Next stop... trying to figure out how to get some optics on this thing. IF I can find something that will mount the REFLEX-II on this baby, I will be one happy camper. Also looking for the adaptor that will let me use AR mags in it. But it really is a sweet shooter.

Not gonna get no Mini-whatever... Next rifle has to be a FAL. :)

I will keep them in semi-permanent daycare until the terms "preban" and "postban" will be things of the past. Unfortunately, I think the devil himself will need snow shoes when that day comes. :rolleyes:

I just said I was hiddin under a rock to throw Stu off.....I am really like standing over by the :eek: Rack of Ruger 10/22 and Mini Things but no one will see me....Hell, no one looks this way :p This is like Covert Op in a strange country. Carston- Good to see that you finally realizes that like any good post ban only AR owner, your hiding out. :D Carston, you must see the light. Its good to thumb your nose at the givernment and have rifles that you don't have to be afraid to do evil things to. Sell that silly looking Stoner and get a pre ban. :D
