What is the cyclic rate?
For instance an AK47 has the semiauto rate of fire of 40 RPM, The Auto rate is 100 RPM and the Cyclic rate of 600-800 RPM.

In quick terms it's a theoretical rate. It's the number of times per minute the gun could fire with an umlimited and uninterrupted supply of ammunition in ideal conditions. In reality it could be higher, about the same or lower.
