Actually the forum itself is not new. The name of the End of Summer Meet II forum has been changed to just "Regional Meets". The EOSMII forum was created in order to better coordinate the second annual meet that Terri and I hold here at our place. Since then there have been others express an interest in holding their own meets or simply getting together at a rally, gun show or a day at the range.
Please use the new forum as you need. I would like to encourage as many members of the Triple F family to meet in person as possible. Terri and I have found our annual meets the most rewarding experience we have had on the Internet and we have developed some of the best friendships anyone could ever be blessed with as a result. Even if you do not have the facilities, time or energy to hold a weekend long affair just meeting the people you know from the board for a single day out can be equally rewarding.
