Physical is what we are talking about, not spiritual.
I do not adhere to some teachings of Isiah's prophecy concerning the coming of Christ Jesus as a guarentee of ALL physical healings.
I AM asking if you believe, have witnessed/experienced the miraculous healing/healings of GOD ?
Blessings

But I've seen some remarkable aftermaths of the healing powers of prayer... Mostly cancer remissions that physicians couldn't explane and one burn case that involved 70% burns that healed at astoundly rapid rates - between dressing changes... took about a month till the dressings were no longer necessary. Usually extensive burn rehab takes months, even years. :dunno:
I have never seen any 'spontaneous' "cures" from the "Laying on of Hands" that wern't stage management.

I believe God can do anything he pleases to do,in any time frame, in any way, and as often as he wants. I also believe that faith has alot to do with those that are healed and those that wittness healings. I also believe that the Bible is the absolute truth of God and we should not take some things as truth and not believe in other parts but I'm rather simple minded when it comes to Gods word. It works for me and this is just one mans opinion.

Do I believe they're possible? Absolutely. Have I witnessed any? Nope. I've certainly heard accounts that leave no other explaination, but nothing that I can actually say, "Yes, I was there."
As to the "prosperity Gospel" that seems to be so popular on a cable network I'll leave unnamed - I don't put much, if any, stock in that. You know the "ministries" I'm talking about. "If you're ill, you simply don't have enough faith!" Or, there's unresolved/unconfessed sin in your life. Or you have not because you ask not. And, of course, you can clear up all that debt by simply stepping out on faith and sending (fill in amount here) to our prayer partners/mission outreach/you-name-it and God has said He will open up the coffers of Heaven to replenish.

Let me tell you a little story that I haven't yet shared with the folks here. Last month, our 20 year old daughter had her tonsils out. Eight days after the operation, the surgeon examined her, and gave her the all clear. She was planning on flying to Texas the next day to see her boy friend graduate from The Air National Guard boot camp.
Donna was at work, and I was leaving for a sales call. I forgot something, and came back to the house. Our daughter was at the kitchen sink, with blood pouring out of her mouth. I called the surgeon's office, and told them we where heading to the Emergency Room. Within a minute, the bleeding stopped.
While she was being examined at the hospital, the blood started to pour from her mouth again. They rushed her into emergency surgery and stopped the bleeding. She had swallowed so much blood, that they had to pump out her stomach.
Seems that the main artery in her neck had burst. The artery had clotted on it's own, and the clot held for almost a half hour before giving away at the hospital. If that wasn't God's direct healing hand, preventing her from bleeding to death until we could get professional help, then I don't know what is.
After this incident, my mind was filled with a ton of "what ifs". What if I hadn't forgotten something, and gone back into the house? What if the artery had not clotted? What if this had happened in the air on the plane? What if she was out driving at the time?
After about an hour of almost going insane, God reminded me how His children are in His hands, and nothing can touch them without His knowledge and permission. I praised my God for His Devine sovereignty, and thanked Him for choosing to spare my child this time. It is reassuring to know, that even if He had chosen to take her home, that she would be safe in His arms, and we would see her again someday in glory.

That was an uplifting number of responses in such a short time frame. Blessings to all who responded.
My spirit is tender tonight, I pray that the Lord is hearing a prayer lifted, I am praying(in my spirit) that the Lord is lifting someone who is in need and is crying out for his mercy and healing. I wish you well.
Blessings
