Has anyone had any experience with the RIA 1911's. I got a chance to
handle one and it seemed very solid and well made. The price was right too.
$275 NIB. Any opinions????

Buy it immediately, they are uncut diamonds and a would be a bargain at $450.

I love mine and am looking for a commander or officer size to modify next.

Here's a pic with just the commander hammer and beavertail safety I added. I will try to post more on this thread later, but all it will be is more positive features of these fine pistols.

I've never shot one but from what I've read at 1911 Forum (http://forums.1911forum.com) they are a pretty good pistol. In fact when I find one in .38 Super I'll consider buying it.
