The Hartford Courant's condemnation of The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act afforded an excellent opportunity for Connecticut gun makers to educate the newspaper's editorial writers. (http://www.courant.com/news/opinion/letters/hc-lets0402.artapr02,0,5212138.story) The paper printed their letter explaining why the legal reform is necessary to protect jobs and economic activity in the state.
