I just got this and made it over the weekend. It's lethal, but oh so damn good.

Big NOTE: You shouldn't need all of the glaze. It might actually suit you to only make half of what's called for below and then making a little more as needed. I soaked mine and it made things a little mushy.

CAKE

1 18 oz. White Cake Mix
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 (4 serving) Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 ½ Cups Irish Cream Liqueur
4 Eggs
1 Cup Miniature Chocolate Chips

+ Preheat oven to 350°.
+ Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan (can also use 9” x 13” pan).
+ Mix all of the ingredients with electric mixer for 3 minutes.
+ Bake 45 – 50 minutes (30 – 40 for 9”x 13” pan). Cake is done when a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
+ Cool 10 minutes. Glaze (see below) in pan while warm. For the Bundt or tube pan, use part of the glaze and drizzle remainder over the top when you remove it from the pan.

GLAZE

1 Cup Irish Cream Liqueur
3 Cups Powdered Sugar

+ Mix liqueur and powdered sugar.
+ Poke holes in cake with wooden skewer or toothpick.
+ Spoon glaze over warm cake.

Hey, Benny, I'm trying to lose a few pounds here! take it easy!

This recipe reminds me of something I've been meaning to ask the powers that be here on FFF. Since eating seems to be the #2 most "G" rated popular pastime next to shootin' around here can the recipes that show up on here be put in a safe place accessible to all? Like could some of you administrators copy them to a closed topic for easy reference that is not open for general input? I've gone back to look for recipes like pickled eggs, dutch oven cookin' etc and some of this stuff is buried pretty deep. How 'bout it? :D BD

We could even do a TripleF Cookbook! A fundraiser maybe?
