That this morning the second federal prisoner to be excecuted by the federal government in 8 days died by lethal injection at Terre Haute?? Mcveigh was the first in almost 40 years, and now we have two in a week? strange huh? did this guy get very much press? no. His name was Juan something er other, and he was a drug-ring lord who smuggled marijauna. He killed one man, and paid for the hit on two others. Wasn't very well publicised was it? In the report I read (sorry I dont have a link) it said thatthe US governemnt was breaking 2 international treaties by killing him....that's three this week, considering we've decided to throw out the 1972 nuke treaty, so that we can build a missle system. Just thought I'd bring this up. :eek:

As I'm sure any law student learns in Contracts 101, when there are only two parties in a contract, and one of those parties ceases to exist, the contract can no longer be considered binding on the remaining party.
