3" face on the blade, combo claw & hammer on the back end. Cleaned out the rust with G-96 = still can't quite make out the makers mark sharp enough to translate, but this old item's retirement is at an END;) = Too handy to let sit around:up: :D

I went to one of my favorite sites and found it. Its called a claw hatchet, imagine that!

Blammers hatchet tho. My Grandpa had one, he called it a "shingle jack" for splitting and installing wood shingles.
